Already collecting reviews in Okendo? Checkout Plus connects to your Okendo account, so the ratings and reviews you've collected can show up right inside Shopify checkout. No copying reviews over by hand, and no custom code.

What you'll need
Checkout Plus installed on your Shopify store
Okendo installed on the same store, with reviews already in your Okendo account
Access to the Shopify Checkout Editor. Blocks on the Information, Shipping, and Payment steps need Shopify Plus.
Step 1: Connect Okendo in Checkout Plus
In your Shopify admin, open Checkout Plus.
Select Integrations.
Find the Okendo card and connect your Okendo account.
When the card shows Connected, you're all set. If you ever need to refresh the link, select Reconnect.
Once Okendo is connected, Checkout Plus pulls in your product review data automatically.
Step 2: Show ratings on line items
Show Okendo star ratings on the products already in the cart, so shoppers get one more nudge of confidence about what they picked.
Open the settings for your Line Item Content block in Checkout Plus.
Turn on reviews and pick Okendo as the source.
Select Save.

Step 3: Show ratings on upsells
Add ratings to the products you recommend at checkout, so an add-on comes with a bit of social proof.
Open the settings for your Upsells block in Checkout Plus.
Turn on reviews and pick Okendo as the source.
Select Save.
Step 4: Add a Benefits, Reviews & Testimonials block
Want a set of review cards that isn't tied to one product? Use the Benefits, Reviews & Testimonials block.
Open the settings for your Benefits, Reviews & Testimonials block.
Under Step 1: Content, open Reviews integration.
Set Provider to Okendo.
Select Save.
Step 5: Add your block in the Checkout Editor
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Checkout and open the Customize Checkout editor.
Go to the step where you want reviews to show.
Select Add block and choose your block under Checkout Plus.
Drag it into place, then select Save.
Reviews can also show on your Thank you and Order Status pages. Switch to that page in the Checkout Editor and add your block the same way.
Step 6: Test it
Add a product that has Okendo reviews to your cart and go through checkout on desktop and mobile.
Check that ratings show where you expect.
Try a product with no reviews too, so you know how that looks.
Tips
Pair reviews with upsells. A rating next to an add-on is one of the easiest places to put reviews to work.
Keep it light. Star ratings and short snippets fit checkout better than long reviews.
Match your branding. Use the style settings, like card background and card width, so review cards blend in with your checkout.
Check the real checkout. The preview in the block settings isn't an exact match for checkout, so always look at it in the Checkout Editor before you go live.

Troubleshooting
Okendo doesn't show as Connected
Make sure Okendo is installed on the same store, then select Reconnect on the Okendo card under Integrations.
Okendo isn't in the Provider list
Provider lists your connected integrations, so connect Okendo under Integrations first, then come back to the block settings.
Reviews aren't showing at checkout
Check that the block is added and saved in the Checkout Editor, that the products in the cart have reviews in Okendo, and that your store is on Shopify Plus if the block sits on the Information, Shipping, or Payment step.
I use more than one review app
Checkout Plus has integrations for Okendo, Yotpo, and Judge.me. In the Benefits, Reviews & Testimonials settings, Provider picks which connected integration that block uses.
