Which Checkout Plus Features Require Shopify Plus?

You do not need Shopify Plus to use Checkout Plus. However, Shopify restricts certain checkout customizations to Shopify Plus stores.

The features available to you depend on both your Shopify plan and your Checkout Plus plan.

Shopify Plus is required for Checkout Plus features that add custom content and functionality directly to the Information, Shipping, and Payment pages of checkout.

Post-Purchase Page
Display a page immediately after checkout where you can recommend additional products after the customer’s initial order has already been placed.

Thank You & Order Status Pages
Add supported customizations to the pages customers see after completing their purchase and when viewing their order.

The Shopify Plus requirement comes from Shopify rather than Checkout Plus.

Shopify limits the ability to add Checkout UI Extensions to certain areas of the checkout to Shopify Plus merchants. Checkout Plus follows Shopify’s checkout extensibility framework and makes the appropriate features available based on your store’s Shopify plan.
