Discount Plus billing is handled directly through Shopify, making it easy to manage your subscription alongside the rest of your Shopify account.
How am I charged for Discount Plus?
When you select a paid Discount Plus plan, Shopify will ask you to approve the app subscription before any recurring charges begin.
Once approved, your Discount Plus subscription is billed through Shopify, and charges will appear on your Shopify bill.
You do not need to provide separate payment information directly to Discount Plus.
Where can I view my Discount Plus charges?
You can view your Discount Plus app charges from your Shopify admin.
Go to Settings → Billing to review your Shopify bills and app-related charges.
You can also manage your installed apps and subscriptions from your Shopify admin.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can change your Discount Plus plan as your store’s needs change.
When changing to another paid plan, Shopify will display the applicable subscription details before you approve the change.
Any billing adjustments related to changing plans are handled directly through Shopify.
What happens if I uninstall Discount Plus?
Uninstalling Discount Plus cancels your active app subscription through Shopify.
Please note that all discounts and configurations created through Discount Plus are permanently deleted when you uninstall the app.
If you reinstall Discount Plus later, your previous discounts cannot be recovered and will need to be created again.
Charges that were already incurred before uninstalling may still appear on your Shopify bill.
Do I need Shopify Plus to use Discount Plus?
No. You do not need to be on Shopify Plus to use Discount Plus.
Discount Plus can be used to create and manage advanced discounts on supported Shopify plans.
